2. Officer Su will tell you something about Twin City.
3. Find Arsenal Guard to know the rewards and get an Ultra Badge.
4. You can swap it for a reward from your trainer (the one who can promote you) in Job Center.
The Helmet

| Reward: Level 22 Refined Helmet; Experience; Silver;1 Exp Ball (E); | |

1. Accept the quest from your trainer in Job Center and get a Training Badge.
2. Find Ironsmith Chou to hear his story. He will ask you to collect 5 Helmet Fragments for him. Apparitions, Poltergeists and Heavy Ghosts hanging around the Mine Cave will drop them.
3. Bring the Helmet Fragments to Ironsmith Chou. You are told to get Evil Blood from RockMonsterL17 in the Mine Cave to purge these fragments.
4. Get an Ultra Badge from Ironsmith Chou and swap it for a reward from your trainer (the one who can promote you) in Job Center.
The Connector

1. Accept the quest from your trainer in Job Center and get a Training Badge.
2. Find Thief Wong to know what happened and help him find Thief Chen who appears between Twin City and Phoenix Castle. (4 spots: Phoenix Castle, 33 398 / 39 373 / 62 345 / 47 369)
3. When you meet Thief Chen, you have to kill 5 Castle Bandits to prove yourself. Then you will get the Connector Letter.
4. Give the Connector Letter to Thief Wong and receive an Ultra Badge which can be swapped for rewards from your trainer (the one who can promote you) in Job Center.
